The-Artery is the result of a competition between makers–the best architectural firms of the world. The finest minds from Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) from Copenhagen and New York, MVRDV from Rotterdam, N Studio from London and 10 Design from Hong Kong went head to head in a battle of ideas and innovation to imagine a structure like never before.
Our vision for The-Artery was realised by BIG’s novel approach of turning the building inside out–with a façade designed to pull passers-by in, and a double helix creating both integration and separation between its multiple uses.
